BY KEITH NUTHALL THE EUROPEAN Commission has told London airports they must comply with European Union (EU) rules on helping disabled passengers during the city's oncoming summer Olympic Games and Paralympic Games. The Commission has released detailed guidelines on services for disabled passengers, saying they are based on its analysis of the EU regulation 'concerning the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility when travelling by air' (1107/2006).
