BRUSSELS PROPOSES THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A EUROPEAN PUBLIC PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

THE EUROPEAN Commission proposed yesterday (Wed) the establishment of a European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO), a move described as historic by the European Union (EU) justice Commissioner Viviane Reding.
