BRUSSELS PROPOSES NEW CRIMINAL PROCEEDS CONFISCATION LAW

BY KEITH NUTHALL AN ATTEMPT has been launched by the European Commission to fill loopholes in laws amongst the European Union's (EU) 27 member states regarding the confiscation of the proceeds of crime by police and judicial authorities.
