BRUSSELS PLOTS NEW MOVE ON CO2 EMISSIONS TAXATION

ADDITIONAL demand for hybrids and vehicles running on second generation biofuels could be generated next month (April), when the new European Union (EU) tax Commissioner Algirdas ?emeta proposes minimum CO2 tax rates on fuels. This would cover all EU member states, including Britain, which lacks such taxes.
