BY KEITH NUTHALL A GLOOMY assessment from the United Nations Food & Agriculture Organisation (FAO) has warned that not only could bird flu now be endemic in Turkey but that there is a serious risk of migratory birds from Africa this Spring carrying the pathogen further afield.
