BANANA IMPORTERS CANNOT SUE EU OVER WTO ROW

BANANA and banana product importers cannot sue the European Union (EU) for its alleged failure to abide by its World Trade Organisation commitments through giving special EU market access to Caribbean and African producers, the European Court of Justice has ruled. German importers argued they have suffered, because their Latin American suppliers have had to pay additional import duties.
