According to business analysts IBISWorld, the total manufacture of paint in 2006-7 was 0.2 billion litres, which registers no change from the previous year. For the year 2005-6, IBISWorld estimated that the paint manufacturing industry generated revenues of A$2,050 million, and the analysts forecast that in 2006-7 the industry's revenues will grow slightly to A$2,100 million.
