THE EUROPEAN Union has welcomed the announcement from Argentina that it has complied with last year's ruling of the World Trade Organisation and lifted anti-dumping duties that it has been imposing on imports of ceramic tiles from Italy. A WTO disputes panel ha ruled that Argentina had broken world trade rules in the way that it had erected the duties.
