BY KEITH NUTHALLA NEW electronic European Union (EU) livestock tracing system is being introduced, holding data on the movement of animals across the EU. The TRACES system will cost Euro 2.2 million to rollout, being installed in Austria, Italy, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Finland this month and in other member states by December 31.
