ALBANY AIRPORT TO BENEFIT FROM NEW YORK STATE FINANCING

THE STATE of New York is spending USD22.1 million on modernising the state capital’s airport Albany International Airport, part of a USD42.1 million project. This funding will finance improvements to the terminal, including escalators, toilets, waiting rooms and a food court. Improvements will include new carpets, wall finishes, tile floors, energy-efficient lighting fixtures and better Internet services.
