BY KEITH NUTHALLA EUROPEAN and Developing Countries Clinical Trials Partnership has been launched by the European Commission. Commanding Euro 200 million of Brussels' money, the initiative will develop new medicines and vaccines against AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis.
