ACI RELEASES GLOBAL AIRPORTS AND DISABILITIES HANDBOOK

AIRPORTS Council International (ACI) World has launched an updated edition of its Airports & Persons with Disabilities Handbook advising airports on helping disabled passengers access air travel. This fifth edition includes guidance on assisting passengers with sight and hearing problems; ensuring disable passengers can read flight information displays; and help them access or use check-in kiosks, mobile platforms, online tools and phone apps.
