EFSA ZOONOSES DISEASE ASSESSMENT REPORT

BY KEITH NUTHALL THE FIRST detailed European Union (EU) report on serious food and animal diseases that can harm or kill humans has been released by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). In its introduction, EFSA said: "In order to prevent these diseases, it is important to identify which animals and foodstuffs are the main source of these infections".
