THE ORGANISATION for Economic Cooperation & Development has released a 10-point checklist of recommendations saying how governments should use information technology to boost energy efficiency and fight climate change. Part of the OECD's Green Growth Strategy think tanks's guidance said: "Smart technologies can increase energy efficiency in...buildings and urban networks, transport and logistics and electricity systems." ...
