MAJORITY BELIEVE CORRUPTION HAS RISEN IN USA

The majority of people surveyed in the US, feel that corruption has risen in the past year, with nearly six-in-10 saying corruption has got worse, according to a new survey. Americans surveyed by anti-graft organisation Transparency International this October and November for the US Corruption Barometer 2017 revealed the distrust they feel for their government and key institutions of power, with 44% believing that corruption is pervasive in the White House, up from 36% in 2016.
