THE ROBUST growth of the Mexican automotive coatings market over the past six years looks is likely to end in 2017, according to the Mexican Association of Paint and Ink Producers (ANAFAPYT). Mexican production of automotive coatings almost doubled from 2010 to 2015, going from 57.3 million liters to 106.2 million liters, say figures from ANAFAPYT (Asociación Nacional de Fabricantes de Pinturas y Tintas).
