Brussels Airport has firmly turned the page on the March 2016 terror attacks, with Belgium’s complex “Kafkaesque” rules on flight paths the challenge now, as the airport looks to expansion through its ambitious Strategic Vision 2040, CEO Arnaud Feist has said.
