UK COURT ORDERS BOILER ROOM FRAUDSTERS TO PAY BACK GBP11 MILLION

The UK’s Southwark Crown Court has ordered two convicted boiler room fraudsters to compensate their victims with more than GBP11 million. In a case brought by the UK Serious Fraud Office, Australian Jeffrey Revell-Reade, the mastermind behind the fraud, was ordered to pay a GBP10,751,000 confiscation order and Anthony May GBP250,000.  Both men are already serving sentences for one of the largest boiler room fraud schemes ever pursued in the UK and face another 10 years for Revell-Reade and three for May if they fail to pay up in the next three months.
