EIB PLANS EUR300 MILLION LOAN FOR ORLY EXPANSION

THE EUROPEAN Investment Bank (EIB) has drafted plans to lend EUR300 million to Aéroports de Paris to help fund plans to modernise and expand Paris Orly International Airport. The EIB said that the loan would finance almost half of a EUR625 million project to “improve operational robustness and passenger service standards”, while boosting its terminal’s annual capacity from 27 million to 32.5 million passengers per year by 2020.
