LOW-CARBON ENERGY AMONG TOP PRIORITIES IN FIRST HORIZON 2020 RESEARCH FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES

 THE EUROPEAN Commission has made available Euro EUR359 million this coming year for research projects which are designed to promote low-carbon energy technologies in Europe.
