Rising incomes and a continued tightening of food safety enforcement is boosting demand in China for commercial packaged oils, with consumers moving away from the bulk oils that have dominated past markets.Overall, while year-on-year growth in global oils and fats production has averaged 3% in each of the past two years vegetable oils sales in China will rise an average 16% per year in the period 2014-2018.
