CHINA LAST month signed the Multilateral Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters developed by the OECD and the 47-member state Council of Europe. All G20 countries have now fulfilled commitments made at the 2011 G20 Summit in Cannes, France, to sign the Convention and progress towards automatic exchange of information as a global standard.
