EUROPEAN COMMISSION PROPOSES NON-FINANCIAL REPORTING LAW

THE EUROPEAN Commission has released detailed texts of its proposed directive telling large European Union (EU) companies to report non-financial data on environmental matters, social and employee-related policies, respect for human rights, anti-corruption and bribery issues, and diversity on the boards of directors.
