THE FEDERAL Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the United States has charged a man for participating in a conspiracy to intercept and steal USD330,000’s worth of L’Oréal haircare products. The FBI claimed the scam was an inter-state sting, with Reynaldo Tapanes, of Miami, admitting in court he conspired with others to divert a consignment of shampoo, mousse, and hair colour gels shipped from Ohio to Florida.
