BY MARK ROWEJokes about slow-moving Skodas have long gone out of date but more than 30 Singapore car buyers may disagree, - they are still waiting for delivery of their Czech cars nine months after they each paid US$9,000 for them. The delay has been blamed on the cash-flow problems of JTA Motors, which lost its sole distributorship in the Asian island state of Skoda cars - the Volkswagen-owned Czech marque - earlier this year.
