ICAO FUND

Keith NuthallTHE INTERNATIONAL Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) has established its planned fund to help developing countries afford improvements to their air industry security, the International Financial Facility for Aviation Safety. Its budgets are ring-fenced and will be drawn upon to finance projects identified by ICAO's Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme.
