PIPELINE ACCIDENTS

BY KEITH NUTHALLA GROUP of experts has been appointed by the European Commission to examine gas and oil pipeline accidents and draw lessons about the suitability of existing policies and legislation. The panel will analyse accidents, (also including transport incidents), without considering the liability issues that are usually dealt with by insurance assessors and the police.
