BY KEITH NUTHALLA EUROPEAN Union (EU) research project says it has used cutting edge technology to manipulate nano-clay particles to develop a bio-polymer based food packaging, replacing materials based on petrochemical polymers, reducing pollution and demand for mineral oils.
