A REPORT detailing the progress in wind-power technology has been released by the European Commission, which has sunk millions of Euros into research projects in recent years. The paper details projects providing better turbines as well as blades and rotors. An example of how technical innovation is improving the bottom line is a project coordinated by Vestas Wind Systems, of Denmark.
