EU RESEARCHERS DEVELOP NEW SAFE CHILD CAR SEAT

A EUROPEAN Union (EU) network of research teams called 'Eureka' has developed a new universal child car seat called the Klippan Isofix Safety System (KISS), which saves motoring parents from having to buy two child seats as their baby grows into a toddler.
Instead, the KISS seat can fit any youngster aged up to three-years-old. Its Finland, Sweden and Estonia developers also claim the seat is user-friendly, reasonably priced and light, as well as being rearward-facing - condered safer than front-facing designs.
