A DETAILED report from the European Parliament has called on municipal governments to produce 'sustainable urban mobility plans' that involve services linking transport modes, such as private and company cars, with buses, light rail, ferry and even bicycle transport. MEPs called for innovative infrastructure plans, such as well-positioned park-and-ride schemes
