UK LOSSES TRANSFER RULES BREAK EU TAX LAWS, SAYS ECJ

UK rules that insist a British company can only transfer losses to another member of a group if it is also Britain-based break European Union (EU) laws on freedom of establishment, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) has ruled.
