Britain's domestic industrial minerals production could be boosted if the sector presents a 'shopping list' of demands to the government a minister has told UK parliamentarians. Business minister Jenny Willott called on the sector to work with her civil servants to identify steps her government department could take in order to accelerate the mining of "rare earth minerals" and other targets.
