INDIA has adopted a set of new criminal laws that could have profound consequences for businesses, domestic and international. Raghavendra Verma reports from New Delhi.   It could be said that reform of the Indian Criminal Code was certainly overdue, given that the Indian parliament last December (2023) replaced laws passed in the Nineteenth Century.
