EU HIGHER EDUCATION QUALITY ASSURANCE GUIDELINES AGREED EU COUNCIL OF MINISTERS

THE EUROPEAN Union (EU) Council of Ministers has this week (Monday 30-1) formally approved new official guidelines on quality assurance programmes for EU universities. Accepting all changes proposed by the European Parliament, the final EU advice encourages the creation of a European register of quality assurance agencies, from which universities would choose an assessor.
