INS only works for firm commissions, we never file on spec. Our work is of a consistently high quality, but we offer our customers the right to request reasonable changes ahead of their deadlines, which we promise to hit.

Established customers will be offered a regular bulletin of relevant story or research ideas by telephone or e mail, delivered at a convenient time and date.

Although we retain copyright, we offer all established client publications or broadcasters exclusivity regarding direct competitors for all INS articles, information and images.

We write in British, American, Canadian, Indian or other English variants. Our writers include French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin speakers.

INS posts its articles on this website only after one year has passed since they were filed to a client. Longer periods can be requested if a client has a special commercial requirement.
